We ❤️ West Texas!
Building on the successes of our inaugural year, the 2026 The Globe Film Festival (TGFF) sets out to celebrate the heart of our community: the spirit of West Texas. With a fresh calendar spot in late January and a focus on making participation seamless, we’re inviting filmmakers, culinary artists, and audiences alike to experience a weekend that ignites excitement and lays foundations towards Odessa College’s creative future.
This year, we’re removing the theme restriction for original short film submissions.
Any theme. Any style.
Anywhere from 1-10 minutes long.
Tickets are $10 for the full festival general admission.
$5 with valid OC ID or anyone 18 years of age and younger.
